Everyone at New Me was amazing. From the first person I spoke to, to the last person I had communication with. The clinic is clean and the staffs are friendly and they always have a smile on their faces. They all made me feel very comfortable about what to expect and what I needed to do before and after surgery. Dr Triggs explained what he was going to do and what to expect after surgery. The anesthesiologist had me laughing up until he put me to sleep, which gave me a good feeling instead of the nervous feeling I had prior to going into the clinic. They walked me through everything step by step that I didn’t really have a lot of questions, since they already answered what I needed to know.
